The Silver Book is the latest addition to IChemE’s suite of contracts - it’s a professional services contract split into two parts - the short form agreement and long form agreement. The short form agreement is ideal for pure consultancy services for projects of relatively low cost and short duration. The latter is a more detailed contract suited to complex projects requiring high value professional services.

This Form of Contract contains a model form of agreement and general conditions, supplemented with detailed guide notes to assist the user in preparing a contract.

Our PDFs are secured documents available on a 12 month licence. The licence entitles the purchaser to use the PDF with one contract only during this period. Each PDF can be accessed digitally on up to 10 different devices but cannot be printed.
